Session 40

Recap

We name the baby Je Je Maman Bebe, and make a plan to reunite the sisters by creating a tv show and posing Fin as Dr Len and giving them therapy. We go to the Primadonna tower before reuniting with Aunty, and find Professor Pouch and some other useful items, as well as a painting of the Ellywick clone. We head to enact out plan, and find that Aunty is dead, and has had her brain removed by the brain creatures and we get into combat.

Session 40 - 3.12.26

Re-enter mid combat - Ivy kills the Mind flayer, Beet kills the intellect devourer

Yassandra arrives as Ivy had summoned her the previous session (Ellywick ran sneakily straight off to collect Je Je Maman Bebe)

she is really upset about Aunty's death, and cries a single tear
"Even at your worst, even in your cruelty you did not deserve this"

We got Yassandra to enchant Ivy's silver raven so that we could contact her in future using 25 words or less

Becky: "Upskirt a dead woman"
Sean: "I never once said I wanted pussy hair"

Beet took some tokens from Aunty to keep - think was some blood?

We have managed to resolve some differences with Yassandra after discussing with her if she was suitable to have her baby back - we had seen a past convo with Aunty that seemed to suggest that she was using the child to performs cosmetic surgery

she is actually not, and has already had a bunch of her filler removed

The Horary was not made by Aunty - can be used to travel to multiple planes

we have been collecting material trophies from each so we can use it ourselves
can go to: Plane of the elements, Shadowfell, Material plane and the Evermaze

We evacuated the residents of Candlegore Teeth to Aldarfort through the Horary - her realm was going to collapse in the aftermath of her death (refugees)

The Bartender made it through the portal:

gave me a horn that removes the poisoned effect (the anti innebriation horn they used in the morning at the pub)

Yassandra had brought the Horary through from her realm

Ivy fetches Yassandra for therapy - she's with Je Je Maman Bebe and her husband Urunazeph

Yassandra doesn't recognise Dr Len

Beet and Ivy summon Brine:

plays it off, but she's shocked by Aunty's death

Brine and Yassandra hugged at the end of the session - was effective! Yay for Dr Len!!!

We ran upstairs and made a simple Tiki bar for Brine

Yassandra has now made upgrades to all of our weapons because we held up our end of the bargain, getting back Je Je Maman Bebe

Ivy now has the Stitchwitch (stand in for a dagger): +1 attack bonus, and advantage on ending Restrained and Grappled conditions

Brine will send us through to the Evermaze as per her bargain

Summary

Finished the combat with the Mind flayer and the intellect devourers, and managed to defeat them. Ivy had summoned Yassandra so she arrived. We gave Yassandra her Baby back, with some stipulations that she cleaned up her act. We travelled back to her realm, invited Brine and they had a round of therapy with Dr Len, and his 7 step programme. Brine will send us to the Evermaze as promised.
