Summary

The party (minus Ivy) met Yassandra a strange spider like cosmetic surgeon who knows Aunty. They joined her for dinner, and Beet may have agreed to some cosmetic surgery, as well as eating a Mind flayer and seeing a Sentient Brain in a vat. Yassandra knows where Rosemary is and is willing to trade for this info.

Beet commissioned a built in corset and heels from Yassandra

- paid 2000g + 5% of soul

Ivy had a discussion with Yassandra, and bargained for information about Rosemary

Ivy's deal with Yassandra

Ivy has a vision:
- pink/orange sky, elvish style mansion in the forest that defies physics
- behind it is an endless hedge maze that seems to breath and grow (Evermaze)
- see a gingerbread house - home of The First Witch
- this is all in Evermaze in the Fey Wild
- outside the house is 2 children: 1 is Rosemary, 1 is a 1 y/o baby

Yassandra tells me about the family:
Aunty is her sister - "obnoxious", but better with magic
They also have another sister called Brine (aka Grandmother Salt or Wetnurse)
- she is partial to vinegar and wet caves (also likes curses)

Yassandra gives Ivy a black eyed spider to communicate with her over a distance

The party heads to Frogbottom (swampy)

Ivy finds a dented metal tankard

Duergar camp - they had left in a hurry as had heard noise
- we snuck up on them - 3 Duergar
- including Captain Blackpike
- we see a tied up Bullywug in a tiara among them (a Stevie Nicks lookalike)
- we end up ambushed by them instead - 3 above, 3 below (and an Mind flayer too)
- Ivy saved the princess (Princess Croquetta) - apparently that means we have to marry!

We bring Princess Croquetta back to Frogbottom
- meet Chancellor Flube - according to the slippery diplomacy accord we MUST marry
- he is covered in pages of fairytales, but appears unable to read
- Meet the King: Glube the VIII - wearing a moss cape and snail shell crown
- Flube Jr - has off-putting half eyelashes

Ellywick claims to be the Court Jester of Frogbottom
- Blueblet- small frog

Glub Glub the Soggy tells us about:

- there is a feud between the Bullywugs and the fish people

- Ivy sets them up and escapes her impending marriage

Beet had a vision of her sister Ginger Root
- mentioned the Trazz’tchar, the Shadowblade
- Beet is cursed/has a curse?
- Crypt _ (?) - cam't read my handwriting, but maybe says rot, wot or not - turns out just seemed crypt like in the vision

Summary

Beet sold some of her soul to Yassandra for a built in cosmetic surgery corset. We headed to Frogbottom and ended up getting ambushed on the way by a bunch of Duergar, and in the process saved Princess Croquetta. She insisted it was the prophecy that she had to marry Ivy her saviour. The party scheme to get her out of this arrangement. Beet has a vision of her sister Ginger Root, who might have Trazz’tchar, the Shadowblade?
